Fabulous Seaside Retreat

A fantastic spacious holiday house in the classic seaside town of Hunstanton, with garden and a hot tub hire available.

A very short walk to the beach and to the cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs of the town centre and the promenade.

This is a large house for all the family or a group of friends to spread out in - ideal for 8 adults and up to 4 children - but the configuration is up to you!

The 5 bedrooms are all up on the 1st floor:

1. The master bedroom at the front has a superking 6’ bed plus an extra full size single.

2. Twin room with 2 full size singles.

3.  5’ kingsize bed.

4. 5’ kingsize bed plus an extra full size single (with en-suite shower room)

5. Bunk beds (next to the master bedroom)

There are 3 bathrooms:

1. A family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

2. An en-suite shower room off the 4th bedroom

3. Another shower room on the ground floor.

The large living room has plenty of room with a lounge area with large smart TV, and a separate sitting area with armchairs around a table, perfect for playing board games or cards! There is a separate dining room with a table for 10-12 with views of the garden.

The large garden has a big wooden table and chairs for those endless summer lunches, a bbq, and hot tub hire available upon request.

There is a conservatory used for storage and a good place to keep dogs at night.

On cooler evenings curl up in front of the stylish modern easy-to-light gas fire.

Off street parking for 2 cars and usually plenty of free parking on the street.

The hire of a hot tub is possible - please see "other things to note" below.

Hot tub
Available to hire - we do not have our own but get one in if required. The cost for this is approximately £250 per stay, to include the hire and the electric and water use, and it will be set up and switched on before you arrive.

Please be aware that it may not be fully hot until the morning after your arrival as it is cleaning and filled with fresh water on the day of arrival.

Pets/Dogs
We are dog friendly! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement for a small fee of £25/dog. Please message me if you want to bring your dogs.

Outside table, chairs and umbrella
There is a table and chairs for 8 (kept in the conservatory) as well as an umbrella/parasol. Please close the umbrella when not in use and store it in the conservatory when leaving.

BBQ
There is a Weber BBQ for your use. Do bring your own charcoal, lighter fuel and matches. Utensils are provided.
Please clean it after use - as this is something the cleaners don't cover unfortunately. Thanks!!

Shops/Cash
Some of the local shops only take cash.

The nearest train station is Kings Lynn and there are buses from there to Hunstanton. The beach and town centre are a short walk away and there is a free bus called the Coastal Hopper which will whizz you up and down the coast. 

Of course having a car will make this easier and there is off-street parking for 2 cars, and further free parking on the street.

Hunstanton is a classic English seaside town, with Victorian architecture, long promenade along the seafront complete with great amusements such as the funfair for children, pirate adventure mini-golf, sea-life aquarium, amusement arcades, and great ice cream shops, the best fish and chips on the coast and various pubs and eateries, and lovely shops to browse, all within walking distance of your retreat.

The huge beach faces West so you can watch beautiful sunsets from here as well as enjoying all day sunshine.

In cooler months wrap up warm for bracing walks along the beach before heading into the Waterside Inn for a warming lunch or a pint or 2!

Venture out in the car to the amazing beaches at Holme-next-the-sea, Brancaster, and further along to visit Holkham Hall and also its beautiful beach.
